Mandarin Orange Jello Salad Recipe

|
As soon as the weather turns warm and the peepers start peeping, I’m ready to move away from the heavy food of winter and focus on lighter fare.
Do you know what peepers are?
I think about friends and family gathering to cookout and just enjoy being together.  And I think about this standby recipe for Mandarin Orange Jello Salad that has been enjoyed at our gatherings for many years.

I really love this recipe! It reminds me of my grandmother who made something similar when I was a girl. Now I will adopt it for mine.
