Add chopped vegetables to turkey and continue cooking until vegetables are soft.
Add chili powder, salt, black pepper and cayenne to turkey and vegetable mixture. Mix well.
Reduce heat and add crushed tomatoes, ketchup and Dijon mustard. Stir well. Simmer 15 minutes or until tomato liquid is reduced.
After tomato juice has reduced, add corn, cheese and basil. Mix well and remove from heat.
Add mixture to a rectangular baking dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Prepare biscuit dough by adding yogurt and flour to a medium size bowl. Combine ingredients well. Dough will be sticky.
Turn dough out onto a generously floured surface, including any loose flour that didn't get mixed into the dough. Roll/spread out to about 1/4" thick and cut into 8 equally sized pieces.
Using floured fingers, add cut pieces to top of meat mixture in the baking dish. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with Everything seasoning.
Bake at 375° Fahrenheit for 20 - 25 minutes or until biscuit topping is lightly browned on top.
