Ingredients

  • 3 cup watermelon , seeds removed and cut into chunks
  • 1 tblsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Stevia , or artificial sweetener of your choice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Puree watermelon in blender or food processor for 1 minute.
  • Add remaining ingredients and continue processing until all ingredients are fully pureed.
  • Transfer mix to freezer container and freeze for 90 minutes. Remove from freezer and stir/mix sorbet to break up any chunks. Place back into freezer and freeze until firm.
