This refreshing, sugar free frozen watermelon sorbet is low calorie, easy to make and only takes 4 ingredients. It's the perfect refreshment for the hot summer months (or any time of year).
1/4cupStevia, or artificial sweetener of your choice
1/2cupwater
Instructions
Puree watermelon in blender or food processor for 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients and continue processing until all ingredients are fully pureed.
Transfer mix to freezer container and freeze for 90 minutes. Remove from freezer and stir/mix sorbet to break up any chunks. Place back into freezer and freeze until firm.
Allow sorbet to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to allow it to become smooth for serving.
