Veggie Burgers With Spicy Chipotle Mayo Sauce

Enjoy healthy Bubba Veggie Burgers with this tasty and easy to prepare sauce with a little bit of a kick!

  • 4 Bubba Veggie Burgers frozen - do not thaw prior to cooking
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 chipotle Chilies in adobo sauce
  • 1 Tbsp adobo sauce
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Kosher salt to taste


  1. Grill veggie burgers according to the package directions.
  2. To prepare the sauce - add the mayo, chilies, adobo sauce, lime juice and salt to a food processor and mix well. Keep refrigerated.
  3. To assemble the burgers - place 1 slice of red onion on the bottom half of the bun, add a burger, 1 tomato slice, baby spinach leaves and a dollop of the chipotle mayo sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
