We just returned from spending several days in Williamsburg, VA. I only live a few hours away, but it’s the first time that I’ve ever been there. I can honestly tell you that it far exceeded my expectations. It’s much larger than I expected, the food was delicious, there was fun shopping and more. We stayed at the Williamsburg Lodge (Marriot), which put us within just a couple of blocks of the historic area. It was the perfect location.
